Refund policy

All sales are final — Beach Knot does not offer refunds. We do accept exchanges within 14 days of delivery for unused, unopened items in original packaging.

If your exchange is approved, Beach Knot covers the cost of return shipping. To start an exchange, email hello@beachknot.com with your order number and we'll walk you through next steps.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement at no cost to you.
